Henry's Full Breakfast Mk II

This is an expansion of the original Henry's Full Breakfast. This is a hearty, healthy, and economical breakfast that is as large as what people normally eat for dinner.
To start, one warms up with some fruit and cereal. Then, the main course is eaten. You can see that one plate barely contains it. It consists of one potato, one tomato, one onion, one green pepper, two eggs, and half a cup of baked beans. The veggies can be chopped or sliced, mixed, and served however one desires. Make sure they are cooked thoroughly, especially the potatoes.
Then one relaxes with some toast with jam and a pot of tea. In this picture, the bread is whole wheat, the jam is strawberry, and the tea is oolong, but one may have the toast and tea anyway one likes, as long as one enjoys it.
