Henry's Bad-For-You Cream of Onion and Leek Soup

I left "less is more" outside in the wind as I was making this. I'm not writing down a recipe because 1) I don't know exactly how much of some things I put in there, and 2) this is simultaneously delicious and bad for your health and therefore too dangerous to be repeatedly unleashed onto the waistlines of the world. So, this will remain a personal specialty of mine and no one else. (I think I put 7 tbsp of butter and several tbsp of sour cream, as well as other dairy ingredients.)
The principle (non-dairy) ingredients are onions and leek, which I cooked until soft and then made a purée of. The base of the soup is chicken broth, which I made with ingredients I had on hand. There's carrots, chicken, eggs, and a few herbs in the soup, as well. In the picture, I have it garnished with green onions and cilantro. I ate it with some store-bought French bread. It was deliciously awesome. The grassy notes of the leek worked well with the more subtle (but still strong) flavors of the onions on top of a rich and creamy broth. Very delicious, but will definitely put you a few days behind on your diet.
